Easy Cream Chicken Cheese

 

Here's a recipe for Easy Creamy Chicken and Cheese:

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  7. Simmer the chicken breasts in the creamy cheese sauce for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly and the chicken is heated through.

  8. Once cooked, remove the skillet from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  9. Garnish the Easy Creamy Chicken and Cheese with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
