4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

8 oz (about 225g) mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
