Creamy Garlic Chicken Breasts

Here's a recipe for Creamy Garlic Chicken Breasts:

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil or butter over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.

  7. Simmer the chicken breasts in the creamy garlic sauce for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly and the chicken is heated through.

  8. Once cooked, remove the skillet from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  9. Garnish the Creamy Garlic Chicken Breasts with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
