 Here's a recipe for Creamy Garlic Bacon Chicken Thighs:

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Season both sides of the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until it becomes crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set it aside, leaving the bacon drippings in the skillet.

  4. Add the seasoned chicken thighs to the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown. Remove the chicken thighs from the skillet and set them aside.

  5. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.

  6. Pour the chicken broth into the skillet, using a spoon to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.

  7. Add the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and dried parsley to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

  8. Return the cooked chicken thighs and crispy bacon to the skillet, nestling them into the creamy garlic sauce.

  9. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and thickened.

  10. Once cooked, remove the skillet from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  11. Garnish the Creamy Garlic Bacon Chicken Thighs with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
