 Here's a simple recipe for a Keto Skillet Chicken:

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season them generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

    • Stir in heavy cream and butter, and let the sauce simmer until it thickens to your desired consistency, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Finish Cooking:

    • Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top.
    • Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for a couple of minutes to heat through.
  5. Serve:

    • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
