Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken breasts in a single layer.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the chicken is heated through.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
