Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, minced
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken:

Add Garlic and Ginger: 

Clear a space in the center of the skillet and add the minced garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then mix them with the broccoli and bell pepper.

Combine Everything: 

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir everything together until evenly combined and heated through.

Serve:
