Cheddar Ranch Chicken


 

Here's a recipe for Cheddar Ranch Chicken:

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 packet (about 1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix (make sure it's low-carb or sugar-free)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken breasts in a single layer.

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.

  8. If desired, broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes to brown the cheese slightly.

  9. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  10. Serve your delicious Cheddar Ranch Chicken hot, garnished with extra chopped green onions if desired.
