 Here's a simple and delicious recipe for Baked Mozzarella Chicken:

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken breasts in a single layer.

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.

  9. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  10. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
