Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari (for gluten-free option)

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions:

Prepare the ingredients: Wash and cut the broccoli into small florets. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.

Cook the ground beef:
