  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast or thigh, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Add the sliced chicken to the bowl and let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
