  4. Finish the Dish:

    • Stir in the heavy cream and let the sauce simmer for another 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
    • Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, coating them evenly with the roasted red pepper sauce.
    • Allow the chicken to simmer in the sauce for another 2-3 minutes until it is heated through.
    • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
