Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

  7. Garnish the chicken with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

  8. Serve the honey garlic chicken hot, with your favorite side dishes such as rice, quinoa, or steamed vegetables.
