Here's a keto-friendly recipe for chicken casserole:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
