Ingredients:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Instructions:

  • Use a sharp knife to slice the log into 8 equal-sized pieces.

7. Bake the cinnamon rolls:

  • Place the cinnamon rolls in the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

8. Make the frosting:

  • While the cinnamon rolls are baking, make the frosting. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

9. Frost the cinnamon rolls:

  • Once the cinnamon rolls are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  • Spread the frosting over the warm cinnamon rolls.

10. Serve and enjoy:
