Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Use a sharp knife to cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast. Be careful not to cut all the way through. Season the inside and outside of each chicken breast with salt and pepper.

  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Once done, remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
