Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (you can also use rotisserie chicken)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a small saucepan, melt ¼ cup of butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about a minute until it's lightly golden brown.
- Gradually whisk in the milk and chicken broth until the mixture is smooth. Cook and stir until it thickens, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and remaining melted butter.
- Layer half of the shredded chicken in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with half of the chopped ham, then half of the Swiss cheese slices.
- Pour half of the sauce over the layers in the baking dish.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese.
- Pour the remaining sauce over the top of the casserole.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
