  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for frying
