Baked Chicken Metaballs

Here's a recipe for baked chicken meatballs:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup almond flour (or breadcrumbs if not following a keto diet)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil spray.
