Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and almond flour.

  3. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute, or until the cheese is melted.

  4. Stir the melted cheese and almond flour together until well combined. If the mixture starts to harden before fully combined, you can microwave it for an additional 15-30 seconds.

  5. Once the mixture is well combined, transfer it onto the prepared baking sheet. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top of the mixture and use a rolling pin to roll it out into a thin layer, about 1/8 inch thick.
