 Here's a recipe for soft keto pretzels:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Coarse salt (for topping)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon melted butter for brushing (after baking)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the cheese is completely melted and smooth.
