Here's a simple and delicious keto beef stroganoff recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef (sirloin, tenderloin, or ribeye), thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles (to serve)

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

  6. Once the sauce has thickened, remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in the sour cream until well combined.

  7. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

  8. Serve the keto beef stroganoff hot over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles.

  9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
